Delivery Information


There is no minimum order level. Prices for guest users and registered UK users are shown including VAT. Prices for registered overseas users are shown excluding VAT.

We will do our best to DESPATCH your order within 48 hours of receipt, but please bear with us if it takes a bit longer. Deliveries to England, Wales and Scotland (excluding Highlands and Islands) should be made within 48 hours of despatch (but this cannot be guaranteed). In the event of a delay or a missing parcel, a re-despatch cannot be made until 14 days after the date of despatch. If you have not received your order or notification of a delay within 21 days of placing the order, please contact us for information.

Back Orders

We try to keep back orders to an absolute minimum but being dependent on numerous suppliers and due to the specialised nature of some items, it is inevitable that there will sometimes be something out of stock. We will retain all items on back order and try to advise you when despatch is anticipated - please advise if you wish to cancel a back order otherwise we will despatch the items as soon as we have them in stock. No Postage/ Packing charges are made on back orders, except on Export orders.

Delivery Information

Postage and packing cost depends on the size and weight of your order. Depending on the size and weight of your order and your location, delivery will be made via Royal Mail or a courier service.

International Orders - we will charge an extra amount to cover overseas shipping. This will be based on the overall weight of your order.

Return / Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with the goods and inform us within thirty days of the sale, you can return the goods and we will give you a refund totalling the price of the goods. If the goods were delivered in a faulty condition or the wrong goods were delivered, we will refund the cost of the goods plus the return postage if applicable. All products to be returned must be carefully repackaged in their original packing.

UK law states that you are entitled to a 'cooling off' period after placing your order. You may cancel your order without reason and return it within 7 working days after the day of receipt for a full refund excluding any postal charges. Goods must be returned AS NEW AND UNUSED. Where goods are supplied in sealed packs or containers, the packs must be unopened and intact. The cost and safe return of the goods is the responsibility of the customer. You are advised to obtain proof of postage from the post office: this is free and will cover you if the parcel is lost in the postal system. Pear Tree Yard Crafts is not responsible for the loss or damage of goods during transit.

If your goods arrive in a damaged or faulty condition, please e-mail us within 7 days. We will replace or refund for the damaged goods as required.

Refunds will be processed within 30 days notice of the cancellation date.

We will acknowledge and deal with any complaint as quickly and efficiently as possible and will endeavour to resolve any dispute within a specified time-scale. We will keep you informed of the progress at all times.


If we should receive a complaint about any part of our service, by phone, fax,e-mail or letter, then it will be dealt with promptly (we will reply within 5 working days). It will then be dealt with confidentially, and effectively.
